This recipe was taken from Hungry Girl's
300 Under 300 cookbook. I made it for breakfast a few days ago, and it was really good.
I did have to add some more Equal, since I have an insane sweet tooth, and I poured a little more sugar-free syrup on top to make it pretty ;) This recipe made an absolutely HUGE bowl of oatmeal. Overall, it was a good recipe. It kind of reminded me of the
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal I made before, but just a bit different.
